We had a problem with the room temperature and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, so I wanted to cancel my reservation. Ms. Nabila (Relationship Officer) offered us many rooms, but unfortunately the air conditioning system in the resort is bad. She tried for more than 3 hours to find us a satisfactory room. She gave us a 10% discount on massages, offered us a free bowling alley, and offered us a cold drink and a late checkout to make up for the lost time. All of this was in an attempt to satisfy the guest and make their stay comfortable. Honestly, she deserves a higher position than this for her wisdom and professional approach in absorbing the guest's anger.

The hotel is located on the hill side with very nice courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Just too few area to hang clothes and towels. We enjoy the breakfast and dinner, and it provides free tea time too. Overall food is good, the variety for meat and carbohydrates options can be enhanced. We ate few kofte which are not fully cooked. Desserts are good and better than expected. As the outdoor slide pool not open yet, we went to indoor swimming pool which is enough for my daughter to have fun. We went on weekdays so most of the facilities are empty. Women hamman is nice but the toilets are far. There is a little trail walk in the forest opposite to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good, and we are happy to recommend it.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was very delicious, and the buffet was rich and satisfying at every meal. We would especially like to thank the guest relations team for their warm welcome and for calling us in advance with helpful information. Their professionalism made a great impression. Special thanks to Ms. Aya, Ms. Fatma, and Ms. Nebile. Their knowledge of Arabic was a great help to us, and they supported us in every way throughout our stay. The hotel’s natural surroundings, fresh air, and forest walking trails were incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in nature.

I had an amazing stay at Elite World Grand Sapanca, as this is my second visit to this wonderful property, it’s still stunning and the level of service is amazing! Special thanks to Nabila from Guest Relations and Ali and Yoren from the Front Office Team for making my experience truly exceptional. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel so welcome. The spa experience was incredible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I am deeply grateful for the wonderful service and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and luxurious experience. Can't wait to come back!

This is one of the best times I have ever had with my family starting with checking in with Mrs. Fatima and Mrs. Nabilah they represent excellent customer services in terms of helping, understanding the issues and sorting it out. The hotel is really good you don’t have to leave and go out side. there are various activities for children and they also you provide with two main meals Breakfast and Dinner and in between is snacks the food is really delicious. The hotel is located in very quiet area and relaxed in the night time. Clean room and good services and helpful staff and respectful. I recommend this hotel for all families who looking for different experience.

This place is an absolute gem. Please go its for you people to see for themselves. The rooms the views the nature facilities amazing. The staff incredible Yaren in particular was so helpful shoutout to her i would just go back for her service. Given this place is a resort the food was 10/10. The attention from chefs and the quality amazing . They have everything you need in the resort amazing place to relax and have a nice getaway.

Location very exceptional and wonderful its in the middle of forest and nature. Rooms are large and bath room too It has excellent spa facilities and swimming pools and sauna and Turkish hammam It's an excellent resort for families and honeymoon
