This is one of the best times I have ever had with my family starting with checking in with Mrs. Fatima and Mrs. Nabilah they represent excellent customer services in terms of helping, understanding the issues and sorting it out. The hotel is really good you don’t have to leave and go out side. there are various activities for children and they also you provide with two main meals Breakfast and Dinner and in between is snacks the food is really delicious. The hotel is located in very quiet area and relaxed in the night time. Clean room and good services and helpful staff and respectful. I recommend this hotel for all families who looking for different experience.

it was great stay I’m so happy that I chose this hotel for our vacation everything was great and perfect they give us a room with a magical view and some romantic stuff including very tasteful vanilla cake and roses all over the place. the breakfast was varied and delicious the dinner was more varied and representing the Turkish cuisine very well 👌 at our last day we had an accident ( I dropped my phone by mistake in the lake ) and the hotel manager came by himself to assure that I get my phone back so they managed to take it out ( the lifeguard swims into the lake to take my phone back ) that was so great from them and I’m so glad and grateful for them .

This place is an absolute gem. Please go its for you people to see for themselves. The rooms the views the nature facilities amazing. The staff incredible Yaren in particular was so helpful shoutout to her i would just go back for her service. Given this place is a resort the food was 10/10. The attention from chefs and the quality amazing . They have everything you need in the resort amazing place to relax and have a nice getaway.
